Professionally...
Dr. Kathleen Wallace is a licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser in New York State, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Kathleen completed her undergraduate degree at Dartmouth College and her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) at the CUNY Graduate Center, where she currently serves as an adjunct professor. Kathleen sees patients through Anywhere Audiology for in-home services in New York City and through Tuned for virtual consultations. She is also the Head of Provider Education at Tuned.
Kathleen's clinical interests include patient education, public outreach, auditory training, non-traditional amplification options, and the effect of hearing loss on families and relationships.
Kathleen runs educational social media accounts to raise awareness for hearing health and promote the profession of audiology as @EarDocofTikTok on TikTok and @DrKathleenWallace on Instagram. She also serves on the Editorial Committee of Hearing Health Magazine, a consumer resource published by the Hearing Health Foundation, to which she contributes regularly.
... And Personally
Kathleen lives in Brooklyn with her wife Bridget, son Callum, and dog Ollie. She grew up on Long Island, where much of her family still resides, and is a lifelong Mets fan. In addition, Kathleen and her wife are U.S. Women's National Soccer Team enthusiasts.
Kathleen enjoys running in Brooklyn Bridge Park, visiting local breweries, and taking full advantage of the New York City ferry system. Many of her favorite days are spent wandering around different parts of the city, experiencing new neighborhoods and its coffee shops and eateries. When she needs a break from the city, you can find her visiting her family, including making their annual camping trip up to the Adirondacks.

2020- Present
Tuned is the first complete hearing benefit that leverages tele-audiology. As Head of Provider Education, I oversee the onboarding and training of all audiologists on the platform and contribute regularly to webinars, and educational materials.
2023- Present
Anywhere Audiology specializes in on-site or in-home comprehensive hearing services. As an audiologist, I perform consultations across New York City and develop educational webinars and patient resources for the communities served.
2019- Present
I teach Anatomy and Physiology of the Auditory and Vestibular Systems to graduate students in the Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) program at the City University of New York, Graduate Center.
